SKA Pulsar Key Science Project meeting
"Pulsar Searching and Thai-ming 2007-SKA"
March 29-30 2007

SKA Pulsar Key Science Project meeting

We are pleased to announce that the next SKA Pulsar Key
Science Project meeting will be held in Krabi Thailand
from March 29-30 2007 at the Sheraton hotel. The 2- day
meeting will be followed by a 4- day pulsar workshop
concentrating on current radio pulsar timing, searching and
GR closely linked to the SKA meeting from April 2-5.

Thailand was chosen for its low cost accommodation, fantastic weather
and reasonable travel costs from Europe, Australia and the US. We are
conscious of the fact that many topics of interest to pulsar astronomers
are not included in the program (ie theory/high energy studies,
psr-supernova remnant associations), but need to keep the attendance down for
space reasons and do not want to adversely impact numbers for
the planned 40th anniversary meeting in Canada in August that
covers a broader range of topics and is expected to command a
much larger audience.

The conference will be split into two workshops: a 2- day meeting to
discuss
SKA science and hardware in particular, followed by a more general 4-
day meeting
concentrating on searching and timing observations on the way toward the
SKA.

Pulsar Key Science with the SKA: 29- 30 March 2006
Searching & Timing - toward the SKA: 02- 05 April 2006

The meetings will be held in the beautiful region of Krabi, Thailand, at
The Sheraton Krabi Beach Resort, providing clear and warm water, white
beaches, a wide range of ex- conference activities, and a superb 5- star
accommodation.

During the conference we will try to organize excursions to beautiful
islands, snorkling paradises or 'James- Bond island.' Details will be announced
later.

Registration and accommodation:

Registration and accommodation booking will be handled directly via a
special
